This is my cat. Most of the time she is sleeping, but when she is awake she enjoys eating, chasing things, affection, wandering about and finding cosey places to sleep. Sometimes I catch her staring into space and she certainly does dream.

THE OFFICE OF PUBLIC WORKS is a collective of friends who express themselves creatively throughout their city for their own pleasure and the pleasure of everyone around them. When an Office Worker does something it is documented and recorded on this website. Unlike most offices, however, each worker acts autonomously and will never say or do anything on behalf of the collective. The OPW is like an all seeing eye, an objective bureaucratic monolith, monitoring and co-ordinating a hive of beautiful minds as they mold this city into their image.
